This community CPR awareness and practice session is designed to help participants learn the basics of life-saving CPR skills in a supportive, hands-on environment. Participants will practice chest compressions, learn how to respond during an emergency, and build confidence in helping someone until professional help arrives.
This session is ideal for:
• Youth and teens
• Parents and caregivers
• Community members who want to learn the basics of CPR
• Anyone interested in gaining life-saving awareness skills
Participants will receive an MIH Home Care Certificate of Participation recognizing their commitment to learning CPR awareness skills.

This session is a CPR awareness and practice training designed to help participants learn basic life-saving skills and build confidence. Participants will receive an MIH Home Care Certificate of Participation. This session is not a nationally recognized CPR/AED certification and does not meet workplace certification requirements.
