Refund & Cancellation Policy

• Participants may cancel up to 3 days before the class start date to receive a full refund, provided the online portion of the course has not been started.

• If a participant cancels the day of the class or after the class date, and the online portion has not been started, a 50% refund will be issued or the class may be rescheduled for another date.

• Please note: Once the online course portion has started, payments are non-refundable.

What Happens After Payment

Once your payment is completed, you will receive instructions to begin the American Red Cross Blended Learning course online.

Please complete the online portion at your own pace before attending the in-person hands-on skills session with Instructor Sana Bentley.

During the in-person session you will practice:

• CPR techniques using training manikins
• AED use
• Choking relief skills
• First aid response

After successfully completing the skills session, you will receive your official American Red Cross certification.
